The AarDHD Project
Living with ADHD and autism, I've spent years searching for music that truly helps me concentrate when my mind gets noisy. Most "focus music," especially those tracks built on binaural beats, ends up feeling monotonous and clinical. Sure, it works—but it's profoundly dull. Then, the music I genuinely enjoy is usually too engaging and distracting to get any real work done.
What I really needed was something that sounded like real music—something engaging, but still capable of soothing my restless mind. When I couldn't find anything that fit, I decided to create it myself. That's how AarDHD was born: a project devoted to crafting musically rich, coherent soundscapes designed to foster focus and productivity.
